I’ve found this app to be extremely useful in managing stress. I am trying to grow my career as a young person and I have been using the exercises to help me navigate tough situations to keep me grounded.

I found this app in the AppStore and I’m surprised on how good is working for me. It’s really helpful being able to track my emotions and see how they change over time. VisiCalm is my favourite exercise, it helps me calm down when I’m felling nervous or overwhelmed.
