Billing
Do you offer bulk billing?
Yes, we can offer bulk billing for financially eligible clients with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.
Is WorkCover accepted?
Yes, we can accept WorkCover claims. Please provide the necessary documentation from your employer and case manager.
Do you accept NDIS participants?
Yes, we are NDIS registered and serve clients under self-managed and plan-managed schemes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, and bank transfers.

What types of therapy do you provide?
We provide neurocognitive training, which incorporates standard psychological methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches, among many others.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, we offer telehealth consultations via secure video calls.
Can I see a psychologist without a referral?
Yes, you can book an appointment without a referral, but a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP can help reduce the cost through Medicare. We can provide you a GP referral via TelDoc

How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment online via our website or call our reception team at 1300 63 87.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. A late cancellation fee may apply.
How long does a session last?
Each session typically lasts 50 minutes.
